Problems Receiving Emails re our NZ Courier Service Quotes and Bookings?

You may experience problems receiving emails about our NZ courier service quotes and bookings due to your spam and junk mail filter settings. Check your junk email folder regularly in case our courier service quotes or other emails have arrived there rather than your inbox.

Hotmail Accounts

To prevent your Shipmytrade emails being added to Hotmail's Junk folder, login to your Hotmail account and follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Options" button at the top-right of the page
  2. Select "More Options" from the dropdown menu
  3. Under the Junk e-mail heading, select the "Safe and blocked senders" option
  4. Select "Safe senders"
  5. Type "shipmytrade.co.nz" into the box
    (and repeat process and add “shipmytrade.apac.microsoftonline.com”) and click the "Add to list" button.
    You should see "@shipmytrade.co.nz"(and also @shipmytrade.apac.microsoftonline.com ) appear in the "Safe senders and domains" list on the right.

Gmail Accounts

To prevent your Shipmytrade emails being added to Gmail's Spam folder, login to your Gmail account and follow these steps:

  1. Click "Settings" at the top-right of the page and then select "Filters"
  2. Click "Create a new filter" at the bottom of the page
  3. Enter "shipmytrade" in the 'From' field
  4. Select 'Next step' 
  5. Tick 'Never send it to Spam' 
  6. Click "Create Filter"


Yahoo Accounts

To prevent your Shipmytrade emails being added to Yahoo's Spam folder, login to your Yahoo! account and follow these steps:

  1. Click "Options" at the top-right of the page 
  2. Select "Mail Options"
  3. Click "Filters", then "Create or edit filters"
  4. Click "Add"
  5. Enter "shipmytrade" as a 'From header'
  6. Select "Move the message to inbox"
  7. Click "Add Filter"


Other email providers

Most email providers have a junk mail or spam folder.

Check the folder regularly, and add Shipmytrade to your contacts list or safe list to ensure that emails from Shipmytrade are not blocked.
